How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?Β
- Within 14 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and re sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Once a return is approved and you are emailed a return label, the package must be in USPS' possessionΒ within 1 week.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsΒ
Certain items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, swimsuits or intimate apparel (such as lingerie or bathing suits, or earrings, ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and lingerie). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. Processing time is for each order with no exceptions.
You may receive more than one package in your delivery as we work with different manufacturers; we don't wait for all of the items to complete processing to ensure fastest delivery.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you. There will be a tracking number for each package received. You may receive more than one package if ordering more than one item.
