Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Once a return is approved and you are emailed a return label, the package must be in USPS' possession within 1 week.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable) Clearance Items
  • Swimwear and Lingerie
  • Custom Orders
  • Personalized Products
  • Bodysuits
  • Shipping Costs

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 5 business days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchanged product, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, swimsuits or intimate apparel (such as lingerie or bathing suits, or earrings, ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and lingerie). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We do not accept returns on gift cards. 


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit, or the order on which the payment was originally received. Clearance items if approved will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Our top priority is making sure your items arrive to you in a safe and timely matter.  After making your purchase, you can expect the delivery of your order within 4 to 10 business days (Weekends and holidays are not included) Please be sure to make your purchase around the provided shipping times in a timely matter; refunds will not be given based on shipping if it is WITHIN our policy time.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the order is being processed, you're order cannot be cancelled or changed.

We ship to the USA and Canada.  International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the location. 

 

    PROCESSING

    It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. Processing time is for each order with no exceptions. Due to COVID-19 extra precautions are taken in order to keep you and us safe.

    You may receive more than one package in your delivery as we work with different manufacturers; we don't wait for all of the items to complete processing to ensure fastest delivery.

    SHIPPING

    • Shipment takes approximately 3 to 10 business days to reach destination.

    • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you. There will be a tracking number for each package received. You may receive more than one package if ordering more than one item.

    • The Total Delivery Time is Processing Time and Shipping Time combined.

    • Our products are shipped mostly from the USA and on occasion Internationally so shipping times and processing times may vary.

    DELIVERY

    Tracking information is sent via email. You have the option to have text messages sent to you as well. After delivery was made we may contact you for a satisfaction check.

    SHIPPING DELAYS

    Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNFORSEEN SHIPPING DELAYS BY OUR THIRD-PARTY COMPANIES. (DHL,UPS,USPS) REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO THIS.
